C反应蛋白对2型糖尿病肾脏损害发生的预测(2)
综上所述，CRP反应了2型糖尿病及早期糖尿病肾病患者中普遍存在炎症状态，同时与糖尿病患者微血管并发症密切相关，提示我们在对糖尿病防治的临床工作中，应注重CRP监测，动态掌握CRP的变化趋势，对糖尿病肾脏损伤并发症的防治具有重要价值。
