探讨外斜视手术后患者发生继发性内斜视的原因以及治疗方法

【摘要】 目的 通过临床对外斜视手术后患者的临床观察分析，患者发生连续性内斜视的原因，并找出临床对患者的治疗方法。方法 本文研究资料选取我院2008年1月至2010年1月所收治的外斜视手术患者95进行回顾性分析，观察患者术后发生连续性内斜视的原因，临床给予外斜视手术后发生连续性内斜视患者内斜矫正术，观察患者的治疗情况。结果 外斜视手术患者术后发生连续性内斜视中外斜视患者的类型有：间歇性外斜视、集合不足型外斜视以及伴有垂直斜视类型，外斜视手术后发生连续性内斜视患者经过二次手术后，有34例患者眼位恢复正位，术后能够达到恢复双眼单视功能的有48例。结论 通过临床对外斜视手术发生连续性内斜视患者的调查结果可以得知，患者的外斜视手术类型以及临床选择的手术方法会直接影响到患者的术后产生连续性内斜视情况。在对外斜视术后发生连续性内斜视患者的临床治疗中不应该立刻进行手术，应该选择对患者观察半年后再实行手术。

【Abstract】 Objective To through the clinical foreign strabismus patients after surgery clinical observation, in patients with the reason of continuity esotropia, and find out to the patients clinical treatment. Methods The study material selection from January 2008 to January 2010 were by the strabismus surgery patients were retrospectively analyzed 95 cases, the patients were observed the reason occurred after continuity esotropia, clinical give happened after the strabismus surgery patients with the correction in continuity esotropia), the treatment of the patients were observed. Results The strabismus with surgical patients occurred after continuity esotropia Chinese and foreign bosseyed patient type: intermittent, set the strabismus type and lack the strabismus with vertical strabismus type, outside strabismus happened after surgery patients through 2 times continuity esotropia after surgery, 34 patients a recovery was an eye, postoperative recovery can reach the eyes of single visual function in 48 cases. Conclusion Through the clinical foreign strabismus happened surgery patients with the results of the survey of continuity esotropia may know that the patients clinical surgery type and the strabismus choice of surgical method will directly affect the postoperative patients have continuity esotropia ......
