临床药师在康复新液治疗痤疮疤痕中的药学服务初探

【摘要】 目的 探讨临床药师为使用康复新液治疗痤疮疤痕的皮肤科患者提供药学服务的意义。方法 对比分析临床药师提供药学服务前后，我院122例皮肤科患者应用康复新液治疗痤疮疤痕疗效情况。结果 临床药师提供药学服务后较之前，患者的疗效有明显提高。结论 临床药师提供药学服务有利于提高患者用药依从性，从而提高治疗效果。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of pharmaceutical care provided bypharmacists for the patients with acne scars and accept treatment using Kangfuxin liquid. Methods The clinical results of 122 caseswith acne scars in our hospital dermatology, who accept the treatment with Kangfuxin liquid and with pharmaceutical care or without, were comparative analysis. Results The curing efficacy improved significantly when the clinical pharmacists taking part in to provide pharmaceutical services comparing to when they dont. Conclusion Through providing pharmaceutical care clinical pharmacists can improvepatients, medicine compliance and efficacy.

通讯作者：桂双英 Email:guishy0520@yahoo.com.cn 痤疮是一种多因素疾病，多发于青春期，痤疮疤痕的产生严重影响患者的外貌,也因此影响到患者的心理健康。目前修复痤疮疤痕的疗法及药物有多种,但均有一定局限性。2011年1~6月，我院皮肤科采用康复新液对痤疮疤痕患者进行治疗，取得了一定的治疗效果[1]，但由于康复新液的使用方法相对繁杂，有些患者不能坚持，导致治疗半途而废。2011年7~12月由临床药师配合皮肤科医师协同对患者提供药学服务，患者的用药依从性和治疗效果显著提高。本文就此对临床药师的角色意义做一探讨。
