12例老年肿瘤患者PICC导管相关性血行感染的观察及护理
【摘要】 总结了12例老年肿瘤患者发生导管相关感染的护理体会，在188例留置PICC的老年肿瘤患者中，12例发生导管相关感染，其中6例导管尖端及血细菌培养均为阳性，4例仅血培养为阳性，2例导管尖端和血培养均为阴性，1例因感染性休克家属放弃治疗，11例全部治愈，高度关注老年肿瘤患者出现的每一个感染征兆，及早采取有效治疗和护理措施，是控制感染的关键。【关键词】 老年;肿瘤患者; PICC;感染

【Abstract】 summarized 12 cases of elderly cancer patients the incidence of catheterrelated infection nursing experience, in 188 PICC indwelling elderly patients with tumor, 12 cases of catheter related infection, of which 6 cases of catheter tip and blood cultures were all positive, only 4 cases of blood culture positive, 2 cases of catheter tip and blood culture were negative, in 1 patients with septic shock families abandoning treatment, 11 cases were all cured, attention in aged patients with tumors appearing every signs of infection, take early and effective treatment and nursing interventions, infection control key. ......
