彩色超声诊断小儿肠套叠的应用价值
【摘要】 目的 探讨超声诊断在小儿肠套叠诊治中的临床应用价值。方法 回顾性分析我院2010年1月至2011年12月间的74例经临床证实为肠套叠的高频彩色多普勒超声特点。结果 本组74例经高频超声检查均能清晰显示肠套叠包块，明确诊断肠套叠，诊断符合率为100%，并能够判断是否合肠坏死。结论 超声显像是小儿肠套叠早期诊断的首选方法，具有巨大的优势。【关键词】 彩色多普勒超声;小儿肠套叠;诊断
