跟骨骨折切开复位内固定27例临床分析(1)
【摘要】目的探讨使用切开复位钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的效果。方法对27例(32足)跟骨骨折，行跟骨外侧入路，切开复位钢板螺钉内固定。结果术后经1～2年随访，钢板螺钉无折断，骨折全部愈合，根据术后功能评价Maryland足部评分优7足，良17足，可4足，差4足，优良率75%。结论对于跟骨骨折行切开复位钢板固定，是治疗跟骨骨折的有效方法。【关键词】跟骨;骨折;切开复位;钢板内固定
