     【摘要】目的探讨鼻内窥镜手术并发症的发生机理和防治对策。方法对2002年3月至2009年3月间施行的736例手术中41例并发症进行分析。结果本组手术并发症41例，发生率56%。包括：眶内炎性肿块1例, 脑脊液鼻漏1例, 鼻泪管损伤1例, 鼻中隔穿孔1例, 大出血 2例, 眶周瘀斑气肿6例，鼻腔粘连29例。结论围手术期处理及精细准确的手术操作，对于预防和客观评价并发症是重要的。

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo study the mechanism and prevention of complications of functional endoscopic sinus surgery(FESS) Methods41 complications among736 cases of nasal endoscopic surgery between March 2002 and March 2009 were analyzed ResultsThere are the complications of 41 patients of FESS in this group The total incidence was 56%The types of complication included inflammatory mass in orbit (n=1), CSF (n=1), nasolacrimal duct injury (n=1), nasal septum perfoation (n=1), hemorrhage (n=2), periorbital emphysema or ecchymosis (n=6) and adhesion (n=29)ConclusionWe concluded the factors which Resultsin complications and prevention of complications of nasal endoscopy were discussed, care should be taken to avoid the occurrence of complications and it is important to find and treat complications timely and accurately. ......
