蜡疗对痉挛型脑瘫患儿肌张力的临床疗效

【摘要】 目的 观察蜡疗降低痉挛型脑瘫患儿肌张力的临床疗效。方法 对照组35例痉挛型脑瘫患儿采用功能训练、药物、按摩、肌痉挛、头皮针常规康复治疗， 实验组49例痉挛型脑瘫患儿在常规康复治疗基础上加蜡疗治疗，治疗3个疗程后进行疗效评估。结果 实验组治愈28例， 有效19例， 总有效率95.5%， 对照组治愈15例， 有效10例， 总有效率71.4%， 差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 蜡疗能显著降低痉挛型脑瘫患儿肌张力。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical curative effet of kerotherapy on children with spastic type cerebral palsy muscle tension.
