     【摘要】 目的 了解系统性红斑狼疮脑病的CT表现及影像学对该病的诊断价值。方法 对临床确诊为系统性红斑狼疮脑病患者进行CT检查。结果 6例CT表现正常， 13例CT表现异常， CT异常表现有脑白质脱髓鞘样改变、脑梗死、脑萎缩、脑出血等。结论 CT对系统性红斑狼疮脑病的诊断及估计预后有重要意义。

    【Abstract】 Objective To understand the CT manifestations of systemic lupus erythematosus encephalopathy and the value of imaging diagnosis of the disease. Methods Systemic lupus erythematosus encephalopathy CT examination.
