【摘要】 目的 探讨采用三通式造瘘在结肠外伤手术中应用的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析本院自2009年6月～2013年6月应用三通式结肠造瘘处理结肠外伤共计23例的临床资料。 结果 23例患者两次手术后21例顺利治愈， 另外2例第二次术后出现原造瘘口切口感染， 经对症、抗炎处理后治愈。结论 在结肠外伤术中采用三通式造瘘， 缩短了手术时间， 减少了因为二次进入腹腔手术导致的肠粘连及医源性损伤， 缩短了患者住院时间， 节省了医疗费用。
