肿瘤患者PICC置管导管堵塞相关危险因素研究

【摘要】 目的 了解肿瘤科PICC置管患者导管堵塞的危险因素。方法 回顾性调查肿瘤科应用PICC置管的476例患者， 研究导管堵塞与性别、年龄、原发肿瘤类型、肿瘤分期、置管静脉、留置时间的关系。结果 476例患者中导管堵塞63例(13.2%)， 经统计学分析， 患者年龄、置管静脉、留置时间与导管堵塞发生率显著性相关(P<0.05)。结论 正确选择置管静脉， 在保证治疗情况下尽量缩短留置时间， 加强特定患者的护理指导， 可降低导管堵塞发生率。
