膳食指导结合多糖铁复合物防治妊娠期贫血效果观察

【摘要】 目的 评价孕期膳食指导结合多糖铁复合物胶囊防治妊娠期贫血的效果。方法 对2011年7月～2013年6月在本院产检的400例孕妇随机分为两组进行比较， 治疗组(n=200)进行膳食分析和指导， 结合多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗；对照组(n=200)孕期仅给予膳食调查但不干预。结果 膳食指导结合多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗组比对照组的血红蛋白值升高， 妊娠期贫血发生率下降， 营养素摄入量达到RNI的比例升高， 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 孕期膳食指导结合多糖铁复合物胶囊防治妊娠期贫血的疗效显著。
