不同内固定方法在肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折治疗中的对比分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨三种不同手术方式治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折临床效果， 以期寻找最佳的手术方法， 提高临床治疗水平。方法 选取2010年1月～2014年1月间收入的50例肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折患者为研究对象， 分成三组， A组予交叉克氏针内固定， B组予Y型解剖钢板内固定， C组予AO重建钢板内固定， 比较三组术后临床效果。结果 在肘功能恢复上， A组总有效率为62.5%、B组总有效率为89.47%、C组总有效率为60%；在总临床效果上， A组总有效率为56.25%、B组总有效率为89.47%、C组总有效率为53.33%， B组和其他两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)， A组和C组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Y型解剖钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折临床效果满意。
