【摘要】 目的 探讨圆锥型套筒冠义齿在中老年人群中的临床应用效果。方法 对门诊2009～2013年15例年龄>60岁患者随访1～3年。结果 1例牙冠折断， 1例出现牙龈炎， 1例颈缘瓷脱落， 其余功能良好。结论 圆锥型套筒冠义齿是修复中老年牙周病伴牙列缺损， 多数牙缺失、少数牙残存的牙列缺损， 咬合面严重磨耗等疑难病例的有效的临床方法之一。
