【摘要】 目的 探讨锥颅血肿抽吸术联合开颅血肿清除术治疗外伤性颅脑损伤的临床价值。方法 62例外伤性颅脑损伤患者， 随机分为观察组(33例)和对照组(29例)。对照组给予传统开颅血肿清除术治疗， 观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予锥颅血肿抽吸术， 观察两组患者治疗疗效。结果 观察组患者术后1、2、4周格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS评分)均显著低于对照组， 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者治疗后Barthel指数显著高于对照组， 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 锥颅血肿抽吸术联合开颅血肿清除术治疗外伤性颅脑损伤可提高血肿清除率， 减轻昏迷状态， 改善预后， 具有较好的应用前景。
