创伤性踝关节炎行微创踝关节融合术的疗效观察
【摘要】 目的 探究微创踝关节融合术治疗创伤性踝关节炎的效果。方法 62例创伤性踝关节炎患者， 均行微创踝关节融合术， 对临床效果进行分析。结果 术后6个月、1年患者AOFAS踝-后足评分与Mcguire踝关节评分均高于术前(P<0.05)；术后未发生严重并发症， 1年后X线片显示62例均骨性融合。结论 微创踝关节融合术治疗创伤性踝关节炎疗效确切， 可显著改善患者踝关节功能。
