输血前不规则抗体检验的实际应用价值研究
【摘要】 目的 探讨输血前不规则抗体检验的价值。方法 回顾性分析2000例输血患者的临床资料， 均予以输血前不规则抗体检验， 总结效果。结果 筛出阳性40例， 女性多于男性；不规则抗体14例， 特异性抗体5例。结论 输血前不规则抗体检验可检出特异性抗体， 使输血安全得到保障， 值得借鉴。
