【摘要】 本文结合临床药师开展药品不良反应监测的工作实践， 总结本院开展药学服务的内容、方法。临床药师可以从药学信息咨询服务， 参与临床会诊、药学查房， 抗菌药物合理使用、中药注射剂安全使用等方面开展药学服务工作。把握好药学服务工作的切入点， 临床药师能为临床提供多种形式的药学服务， 促进临床合理用药。
