【摘要】 目的 探讨超声腔内造影在胃肠道间质瘤诊断中的价值。方法 回顾性分析22例经病理及免疫组化证实胃肠道间质瘤的超声表现。结果 8例肿瘤起源于小肠， 12例起源于胃， 2例源于大肠。超声表现多数为外生型的不规则或类圆形低回声肿块， 回声不均匀， 其中 10例可见肝多发转移。结论 胃肠道间质瘤的超声腔内造影表现无特异性， 但超声腔内造影检查能明确肿瘤发生部位及外周侵犯情况， 有助于肿瘤良恶性鉴别。
