【摘要】 目的 研究分析超声对肝癌的诊断价值。方法 選取36例肝癌患者为研究对象， 对其超声检查与表现进行了回顾性分析。结果 36例肝癌患者中弥漫型5例、块状型14例、结节型11例， 小癌型6例。结论 总结超声检查在肝癌诊断中的重要性， 对原发性肝癌做出分析， 为临床提供了可靠的诊断依据。

    【Abstract】 Objective To research and analyze diagnostic value by ultrasound for liver cancer. Methods There were 36 patients with liver cancer as study subjects， and their ultrasonic detection and appearance were taken into retrospective analysis. Results There were 5 diffuse type cases， 14 block type cases， 11 nodular type cases and 6 small cancer type cases among 36 liver cancer patients. Conclusion Summary of importance by ultrasound and analysis of primary liver cancer provide creditable reference for clinical diagnosis.
