【摘要】 为研究并分析临床核医学科室的有效放射防护及护理管理措施， 本文结合国家的相关管理准则， 制定相应的规章制度， 加强核医学科室的护理人员的放射防护意识， 提升其专业技能。严格落实各项规章制度， 提高护理人员的专业操作技能， 加强科室中放射防护管理， 能保障科室诊断及治疗工作的顺利实施。临床上， 核医学科室当中必须加强放射防护管理， 并完善相关的管理体系， 提升护理人员的防护意识， 使工作人员与患者都能够得到安全保障。
