【摘要】 咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)是以慢性咳嗽为主要或唯一临床表现、不伴明显喘息的一种特殊类型性哮喘， 中医学大致可将其分属于“咳嗽”、“久咳”、“哮证”、“喘证”等范畴。石志超教授在临床中善以辨证论治为根本应万变， 推崇辨证与辨病相结合。本文以作者跟师学习的过程为基础， 浅谈石志超教授辨治小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的辨证思想、特殊用药及医案分析。
