【摘要】 目的 探讨预见性护理措施对剖宫产术后患者尿潴留的影响。方法 170例行剖宫产手术治疗的患者， 以随机数表法分为对照组(采取常规剖宫产围术期护理)与研究组(在对照组的基础上应用预见性护理措施预防尿潴留)， 每组85例。观察比较两组患者术后自行排尿、尿潴留及导尿情况。结果 研究组患者的自行排尿率98.82%高于对照组的90.59%， 尿潴留率1.18%与导尿率0均低于对照组的9.41%、7.06%， 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 预见性护理措施应用于剖宫产患者中效果满意， 可以有效预防尿潴留。
