【摘要】 妊娠合并重型肝炎可导致不良妊娠结局， 采取常规治疗、针对发病机制治疗、针对病因治疗、肝替代、移植术、针对并发症治疗及产科处理等综合疗法是治疗妊娠合并重型肝炎的主要途径。早期诊断妊娠期重症肝炎对于其治疗与预后具有重要意义。

    【Abstract】 Pregnancy with severe hepatitis can lead to adverse pregnancy outcomes. Comprehensive treatment including routine treatment， pathogenesis treatment， etiology treatment， liver replacement， transplantation， complications treatment and obstetric treatment are the main ways to treat pregnancy complicated with severe hepatitis. Early diagnosis of severe hepatitis in pregnancy is of great significance for its treatment and prognosis.
