【摘要】 前列腺癌(PCa)的发病率持续增长， 时严重影响我国老年男性健康的恶性肿瘤。当前列腺癌晚期发生耐药后， 现代医学治疗方式尚没有非常显著的效果。在中医药方面， 有其独到的缓解病症、减小肿块、延长其生存时间的效果。本篇文章中综述前列腺癌中医辨证分型及中医药治疗的研究现状， 为晚期前列腺癌的治疗提供一些新的思路。
