【摘要】 目的 观察手外科门诊手术患者焦虑情绪和术后疼痛,评价健康教育护理在手外科门诊手术中的应用效果。方法 150例手外科门诊手术患者随机分为干预组(76例)和对照组(74例)。所有患者术前给予手外科门诊手术常规护理,干预组另外给予术前健康教育护理干预,对照组仅给予常规护理。手术前15~30 min(干预前)及术后10~15 min(干预后)采用SAS和SDS评价患者焦虑和抑郁情绪,干预后采用SF MPQ评价患者疼痛情况。结果 干预组SAS、SDS评分与干预前和对照组比较显著降低(P<0.05),对照组干预前后SAS、SDS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预组PRI、VAS、PPI评分和对照组比较显著降低,相比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 手外科门诊手术患者应在手术前评估患者的焦虑情绪,对于焦虑评分高的患者及早给予健康教育护理干预,保证手术治疗的顺利进行和促进患者早日康复。

Observation and nursing of anxiety and pain in hand surgical outpatient surgery

【Abstract】 Objective To observed the anxiety and pain in hand surgical outpatient surgery and evaluate the effect of health education in hand surgical outpatient surgery.Methods 150 cases of patients with hand surgical outpatient surgery were randomly divided into intervention group(76 cases)and control group(74 cases).Before surgery all patients were given routine nursing,while the intervention group’s patients were also given health education nursing,and the control group’s patients were only given routine care.15 to 30 minutes before surgery(before intervention)and after 10 to 15 minutes(after the intervention)the anxiety and depression of patients were evaluated by SAS and SDS,after the intervention the pain of patients was evaluated by SF MPQ.Results After intervention,the SAS and SDS score of the intervention group reduced,compared with before intervention and control group the difference was significant(P<0.05),before and after intervention the SAS and SDS score of the control group was not significant difference(P>0.05).After intervention,the PRI,VAS and PPI scores of intervention group decreased,compared with the control group the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The anxiety of patients with hand surgical outpatient surgery should be assessed in pre surgery,the high score anxiety patients should be early given health education nursing in order to ensure the successful operation and promote patient recovery.
