尖锐湿疣患者治疗前后血清hs-CRP和抵抗素检测的临床意义(1)

     【摘要】 目的 探讨了尖锐湿疣患者治疗前后血清hs-CRP和抵抗素水平的变化及意义。方法 采用酶联免疫(ELISA)法检测血清抵抗素含量,采用免疫比浊法对血清Hs-CRP进行测定;分别对62例尖锐湿疣患者进行了血清hs-CRP和抵抗素检测,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果 在治疗前尖锐湿疣患者hs-CRP和抵抗素水平均非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01)。经3个月治疗后血清hs-CRP和抵抗素水平与正常人组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。患者组治疗前后血清hs-CRP和抵抗素水平也有显著性差异(P<0.01)。尖锐湿疣患者患者抵抗素浓度与Hs-CRP浓度呈正相关(r=0.73,P<0.01)。结论 检测尖锐湿疣患者血清hs-CRP和抵抗素水平的变化对疾病的治疗、预后观察有重要的临床价值。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the significance of changes of serum high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP) and resistin levels after treatment in patients with condyloma acuminatum.Methods The concentrations of resistin was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and Hs-CRP was determined by rate nephelometry immunoassay and be measured both before and after treatment in 62 patients with condyloma acuminatum and 35 conrols.Results Before treatment,the serum hs-CRP and resistin levels in the patients were significantly higher than those in controls(P<0.01).After treatment for 3 months,the levels were not significantly different from those in controls(P>0.5).Serum hs-CRP and resistin lends in patients before the treatment were significantly higher than those after treatent(P<0.01).There was positive correlation between the concentrations of resistin and hs-CRP in patients with condyloma acuminatum(r=0.73,P<0.01).Conclusion The levels of serum hs-CRP and resistin increased significantly in patients with condyoma acuminatum especially in those advanced cases had important significance.
