【摘要】 目的 探讨鼻内窥镜在鼻咽纤维血管瘤切除术中的应用效果。方法 回顾分析25例患者的临床资料。结果 本组患者全部治愈,术中均能彻底切除肿瘤。复查鼻内镜或电子鼻咽镜见鼻咽部术腔黏膜上皮化好,鼻咽颅底CT扫描未见肿瘤复发。无一例患者术后发生感染、出血。术侧鼻腔功能良好,无不适感。结论 鼻内镜术式损伤小,并发症少,能在彻底切除肿瘤的同时最大限度的保护正常的勃膜和结构,符合现代医学的微创原则。较传统手术微创、出血少、生理干扰小、不影响颌面部发育,肿瘤切除更彻底;如确实肿瘤出血凶猛,无法控制,可经鼻腔进行快速有效填塞,随时终止手术。

    Nasal endoscopy in the resection of nasopharyngeal angiofibroma in the clinical application

    【Abstract】 Objective Endoscopy in the resection of nasopharyngeal angiofibroma in the Application.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 25 patients.Results All patients were cured,surgery could completely remove the tumor.Review of endoscopic or electronic microscopy of nasopharyngeal nasopharyngeal mucosa of good surgical cavity,nasopharynx skull base CT scan found no recurrence.No case of postoperative infection,bleeding.Operated side nasal function well without discomfort.Conclusion The endoscopic surgical damage,fewer complications,can completely remove the tumor while protecting normal maximum Bo membrane and structure,consistent with the principles of minimally invasive modern medicine.Minimally invasive than traditional surgery,less bleeding,physical disturbance is small,does not affect the maxillofacial development,a more complete tumor resection; if indeed tumors bleeding fierce,can not becontrolled,can carry out the fast and effective nasal packing,at any time terminate the operation. ......
