【摘要】 目的 探讨高频彩色多普勒(CDFI)超声对乳腺肿块的诊断价值及与临床触诊的对比。方法 对67例乳腺患者均行高频CDFI超声检查,并行双侧腋窝淋巴结筛查,并与手诊比较。结果 67例患者有20例为单纯增生,其余47例检出乳腺肿块,实性肿块占44例(良性肿块23例,恶性肿块21例);单纯囊性肿块3例。47例患者临床手诊30例包块阳性,占65%(30/47),8例包块待排,占16%(8/47),9例未触及包块,占18%(9/47)。超声检出恶性肿块病例腋下淋巴结9例,良性肿块病例腋下淋巴结15例,其中触诊仅触及7例有腋下淋巴结,占14%(7/47)。结论 高频CDFI超声检查对乳腺肿块的诊断、良恶性的鉴别及手术方法的选择均有重要意义。此检查方法应做为乳腺疾病诊断的首选方法之一。

    Clinical Value Of High Frequency Color Doppler In Breast mass

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value in the diagnosis of breast diseases with high frequency color doppler flow imagine sonography(CDFI)diagnosis equipments and comparative with clinical.Methods 67 patients who had complaints of breast disease were examined by high frequency CDFI diagnosis equipments.Results 20 cases are simple hypergenesis among 67.And 47 cases were found breast masses.There are 21 cases were confirmed m alignanciesand and 3 pure cystsses were found by pathology,and the 23 cases left are all not cancer.In our study we found some deep or very little breast mass were detected by high frequency CDFI.but not by clinical doctor,and there are a few lymph node in two sides of axillary also cannot touch by clinical.Conclusion High frequency CDFI which provides significant guides to the characteristics of the breast mass is the best and efficient diagnosis method for breast disease. ......
