2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者超敏C反应蛋白\白细胞介素6水平及临床意义分析(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平及临床意义。方法 检测并比较糖尿病(DM)组、冠心病(CHD)组、糖尿病合并冠心病(DM合并CHD)组及健康对照组hs-CRP、IL-6、空腹血糖(FPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三脂(TG)。结果 DM合并CHD患者血清TG、LDL-C均明显高于健康对照组和DM、CHD组,HDL-C水平低于健康对照组,4组之间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4组hs-CRP、IL-6水平经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康对照组hs-CRP、IL-6低于其他3组,DM合并CHD组hs-CRP、IL-6高于单纯DM组及CHD组,且CHD组hs-CRP、IL-6高于DM组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病合并冠心病常伴有脂代谢异常,2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者的血清hs-CRP、IL-6水平明显升高,联合检测hsCRP、IL-6 水平对早期发现2型糖尿病合并冠心病有一定意义。

Analysis of the level and its clinical significance of high sensitivity c-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)in coronary heart disease patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the serum level of high sensitivity c-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)in coronary heart disease patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and its clinical significance.Methods Serum hs-CRP,IL-6,glucose,total cholesterol(TC),HDL-C,LDL-C were measured in 120 consecutive patients,including patients with coronary artery disease(CHDgroup),patients with T2DM without CHD(DM group),and patients with T2DM and CHD(DM with CHDgroup),each groups contained 40 cases.Other 40 normal subjects were served as a control group.Results There was no difference in age,body mass index(BMI)and TC among the four groups(P>0.05).Serum levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 were significantly higher in DM with CHD group than those in CHDgroup and DM group,and the levels of them in CHD group were higher than DM group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion There was a lipid metabolism in coronary heart disease patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.The level ofhs-CRP IL-6 level may have some significances in the patients with coronary heart disease patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
