胸导管低位集束结扎在预防食管癌食管胃胸顶吻合术后乳糜胸的应用(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨低位集束结扎在预防食管癌切除术后乳糜胸的应用价值。方法 术中在下肺静脉平面(T8水平)双7号丝线将包括胸导管在内的束状组织一并结扎。结果 489例食管癌切除后,无一例术后乳糜胸。结论 用低位胸导管大块结扎预防食管癌切除术后乳糜胸操作简便,是降低食管癌术后乳糜胸的有效方法。【关键词】 食管癌切除术;低位集束结扎;胸导管;乳糜胸

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of the low-level ligation of the thoracic duct to prevent postoperative chylothorax following stapled Esophago-gastraostomy at the Thoracic Apex.Methods During surgery,in the pulmonary vein plane(T8 level),pairs of silk thread on the 7th will include thoracic duct,including fascicular organization together.Results 489cases of esophageal resection without postoperative chylothorax.Conclusion The low-level ligation of the thoracic duct is effective to prevent postoperative chylothorax following stapled Esophago-gastraostomy at the Thoracic Apex. ......
