血清总胆汁酸和胱抑素C的检测对肾脏疾病诊断意义(1)

     【摘要】 目的 探讨血总胆汁酸和胱抑素C (cystatin C,Cys c)联合检测对肾脏疾病的诊断价值。方法 分别测定肾病综合征组86例、肾功不全组95例、肾衰综合征组79例,和健康对照组202例受试者血清总胆汁酸(TBA)、胱抑素C(Cys c)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TCH)、载脂蛋白AI(APoAI)、载脂蛋白B(APoB)的水平,并进行统计分析。结果 各组患者血清TBA、Cys c水平均高于健康对照组(P<0.05),且肾衰综合征组含量明显高于肾病综合征组和肾功不全组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);肾病综合征组的TG、TCH、APoB均高于肾功不全组,且TG、APoB亦高于肾衰综合征组,而肾功能不全组的TCH低于肾衰综合征组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 血清总胆汁酸和胱抑素C水平可作为肾脏损害的敏感指标,对肾病诊断有重要的临床参考价值。

    Diagnostic value of the combinative measuring of serum total bile acids and cystatin C in renal disease

    【Abstract】 Objective To probe the clinical significance of the combinative measuring of serum total bile acids(TBA)and cystatin C (Cys c) serum level in renal disease.Methods The concentrations of serum TBA,Cys c,triglycerides (TG),total cholesterol (TCH),apolipoprotein AI(APoAI),apolipoprotein B(APoB),were measured in 86 cases of nephrotic syndrome,95 cases of renal functional defect,and 79 cases of renal failure syndrome and 202 healthy control,respectively,and then to analyze.Results Compared with the control,the serum TBA and Cys c levels in patients with nephrotic syndrome,renal functional defect,and renal failure syndrome were significantly higher(P<0.05),and among which the patients with renal failure syndrome were the highest(P<0.05); The levels of serum TG,TCH,APoB in patients with nephrotic syndrome were significantly higher than those in renal functional defect,and for renal failure syndrome,TG and APoB were significantly higher,too.The level of serum TCH in patients with renal functional defect were significantly lower than those in renal failure syndrome,there were all statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The results suggest the serum levels of TBA and Cys c were sensitive to renal injury,which had more clinical reference vale for diagnosing renal diseases.
