【摘要】 目的 探讨蛛网膜阻滞麻醉后非典型头痛临床表现及其可能原因。方法 2009年11月至2010年5月,使用一次性麻醉包共行蛛网膜阻滞麻醉300余例。结果 间断出现了6例蛛网膜阻滞麻醉后非典型头痛。结论 蛛网膜阻滞麻醉后非典型头痛的原因可能是环氧乙烷残留所致,目前尚缺乏技术依据。

    【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate theclinical situation and possible cause of untypical headache.Methods From november 2009 to May 2010,300 patiends were anesthetized with lumbar anesthesia by using one time pack.Results 6 patients appeared untypical headache after lumbar anesthesia.Conclusion That ekibon remained may lead to untypical headache after lumbar anesthesia,but now it is not based on technique.
