[摘要] 目的 探讨跖跗关节骨折脱位的治疗方法及疗效。方法 回顾性研究10年间36例跖跗关节脱位病人闭合复位外固定治疗(7例)和开放复位外固定治疗(29例)的结果。平均随访4.5年，按照足的外形、功能、疼痛、X线片形态等进行评定。结果 保守治疗优良率57.14%，手术治疗优良率68.97%。结论 除少数移位轻微的单关节脱位患者可复位后石膏外固定治疗外，应提倡早期手术治疗，解剖复位和稳定的固定可获得最佳疗效。
