[摘要] 目的 探讨腹腔镜骶韧带折叠联合宫颈部分截除术治疗子宫脱垂的临床疗效。方法 分析2008年2月～2009年2月我院因子宫脱垂II度在腹腔镜下行骶韧带折叠及宫颈部分截除的病例16例。结果 所有病例手术均顺利，无术中及术后并发症，随访4～6个月临床症状均减轻或消失。结论 腹腔镜下骶韧带折叠同时行宫颈部分截除术是治疗子宫脱垂的一种疗效好、创伤小的治疗方式，尤其适合年轻女性，值得临床推广应用。
