[摘要] 目的 探讨AnuA在SLE患者中的应用价值。方法 采用免疫印迹法检测SLE患者、其他结缔组织病患者及正常人血清中抗AnuA抗体、抗dsDNA抗体、抗Sm抗体。结果 AnuA主要见于SLE、SSC、MCTD等风湿性疾病患者血清中,在SLE患者中AnuA的阳性率是61.8%,抗dsDNA抗体的阳性率是42.1%,抗Sm抗体的阳性率是27.6%。结论 AnuA抗体的检测有助于SLE的早期诊断。

    Application of Antinucleosome Antibody in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

    [Abstract] ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical value of the determination of antinucleosome antibody in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE). MethodsAn immunoblotting assay was utilized to detect AnuA,ds-DNA and Sm antibody in the serum of patients with SLE,other connective tissue diseases and healthy control. ResultsAnuA was mainly found in the serum of patients with SLE,SSC and MCTD. The positive rate of AnuA with SLE was 61.8%,ds-DNA 42.1%,and Sm antibody 27.6%. ConclusionThe detection of antinucleosome antibody may be helpful in the early diagnosis of SLE. ......
