[摘要] 目的 探讨支架植入联合放疗对中晚期食管癌的治疗效果。方法 选择2002年4月～2007年8月在我院进行治疗的80例食管癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用支架植入联合放疗治疗,对照组采用单纯支架治疗,比较两组生存时间和临床症状。结果 观察组患者平均生存时间为(9.10±2.75)个月,对照组患者平均生存时间为(4.75±1.80)个月,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后吞咽困难0级、I级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级分别为10例、20例、5例、3例和2例,而对照组分别为5例、10例、10例、7例和8例,观察组患者吞咽困难程度改善要好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 联合治疗临床效果优于单纯支架植入,值得推广应用。

    Stent Placement Combined with Radiotherapy for Patients with Advanced Esophageal Cancer

    [Abstract] ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of the stent placement combined with radiotherapy for the patients with advanced esophageal cancer. MethodsWe selected 80 patients with esophageal cancer from Apr. 2002 to Aug. 2007 and randomly divided them into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated by a combination therapy of the stent placement and radiotherapy and the control group was treated by the stent placement alone. The survival time and the clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared. ResultsThe median survival time of the observation group was(9.10±2.75)months and that of the control group was(4.75±1.80)months,with a significant differencebetween the two groups(P<0.05). After treatment,the dysphagia levels 0,I,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ showed 10,20,5,3 and 2 cases ,respectively in the observation group and 5,10,10,7 and 8 cases,respectively in the control group,and the dysphagia degree of the observation group was more improved than that of the control group(P<0.05). ConclusionThe clinical effect of combined therapy is better than that of stenting alone,worthy of popularization. ......
