300名学龄前儿童口腔疾病诊疗时的临床心理分析

     [摘要] 目的 探讨学龄前儿童口腔疾病的临床有效途径和方法。方法回顾2004年5月份至今,300例学龄前儿童口腔疾病门诊就诊情况,通过家长问询法和临床观察其心理变化。结果发现经诱导约占85%以上患儿均能配合治疗,只有少数需强行治疗。结论针对目前儿童口腔疾病治疗操作越来越显得困难,通过临床心理学干预,使其心理状态转换,以最佳心态接受治疗,是一种行之有效的方法。

    [Abstract] ObjectiveTo investigate effective ways of clinical treatment of oral diseases in pre-school children. MethodsThe out-patient treatment of 300 preschool children with oral disease from May 2004 up to now and the psychological changes in their treatment were retrospectively analyzed by Parent Information Act and clinical information. ResultsAbout more than 85% of children showed compliance with treatment by induction,and only a small number of children were forced to receive treatment. ConclusionIt is becoming more difficult to manage the treatment of oral diseases of children,and it is an effective method for us to use clinical psychology interventions for psychological transition of children to allow them to accept treatment in an optimal mood. ......
