依那西普治疗类风湿性关节炎40例疗效观察(1)

     [摘要] 目的 观察依那西普治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的疗效及安全性。方法 76例RA患者随机分为两组,对照组36例给予甲氨蝶呤和硫酸羟氯喹,治疗组40例应用依那西普,两组疗程均为3个月。结果 治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),在关节疼痛数、关节压痛积分、关节肿胀积分、晨僵时间及20m步行时间等方面均与用药前有显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 依那西普治疗RA疗效优于传统的甲氨蝶呤和羟氯喹,且不良反应少而轻微,安全性好。
