奥扎格雷钠联合银杏达莫治疗进展性缺血性脑卒中疗效观察(1)

     [摘要] 目的 观察奥扎格雷钠联合银杏达莫治疗进展性缺血性脑卒中疗效。方法 选择150例发病在12～48h,病情呈进行性加重的进展性缺血性脑卒中患者,随机分为三组:银杏达莫治疗组,奥扎格雷钠治疗组,奥扎格雷钠联合银杏达莫治疗组;1个疗程后作疗效判定。结果 1个疗程后奥扎格雷钠组总有效率82.0%,联合用药组总有效率90.0%,明显高于银杏达莫组,治疗前后血液流变学亦有显著的变化。结论 奥扎格雷钠能有效的治疗进展性缺血性脑卒中,与银杏达莫联合使用具有协同作用。
