[摘要] 目的 观察系统家庭合并帕罗西汀治疗强迫症的临床疗效。方法 将32例强迫症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予系统家庭合并帕罗西汀治疗,对照组仅给予帕罗西汀,治疗12周,在治疗前及治疗后4周、8周、12周分别用Yale-Brown强迫症状量表(Y-BOCS)及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定疗效。结果 治疗12周后,两组Y-BOCS、HAMA分值均显著下降,治疗组分值下降更明显,并有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 系统家庭合并帕罗西汀治疗强迫症疗效好于单一的帕罗西汀治疗。

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the curative efficacy of the systemic family treatment plus Paroxetinum for obsessive-complusive disorder(OCD). Methods Thirty-two patients with OCD were randomly divided into the group of systemic family treatment plus Paroxetinum(n=14) and Paroxetinum group(n=15).
