[摘要] 目的 探讨地屈孕酮治疗先兆流产的临床疗效。方法 随机选择门诊先兆流产患者60例,其中应用地屈孕酮治疗30例,应用黄体酮注射液治疗30例,对保胎效果进行比较。结果 应用地屈孕酮与采用黄体酮注射液治疗先兆流产效果没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 地屈孕酮可以代替黄体酮用于先兆流产患者的治疗。

    Clinical Effects of Dydrogesterone for Threatened Abortion

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Dydrogesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion. Methods Sixty cases of threatened abortion were randomly selected from the outpatients. Thirty cases were treated by Dydrogesterone and the other 30 cases were treated by Progesterone injection. The clinical effects were compared in the two groups. Results No significant difference was found in the clinical effects between the Dydrogesterone group and the Progesterone injection group(P>0.05). Conclusion Dydrogesterone can be used in the treatment of threatened abortion instead of Progesterone injection. ......
