胸腺肽联合炎琥宁治疗小儿手足口病疗效观察

[摘要] 目的 观察胸腺肽及炎琥宁联合治疗小儿手足口病的疗效。方法 128例患儿随机分为两组,对照组62 例给予炎琥宁治疗;治疗组66例在用炎琥宁治疗的基础上加用胸腺肽。结果 治疗组退热时间、口腔疼痛消失时间、皮疹消失时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 炎琥宁、胸腺肽联合治疗小儿手足口病疗效确切,未见明显不良反应。

Combination of Thymopolypetide and Pehydroandrographolide Succinate for Children Hand-foot-mouth Disease

[Abstract] ObjectiveTo evaluate the therapeutic effectsof thymopolypetide combined with pehydroandrographolide succinate on children with hand-foot-mouth disease. MethodsWe divided 128 children with hand-foot-mouth disease randomly into two groups:treatment group(66 cases) and control group(62 cases). Both groups were treated with pehydroandrographolide succinate,and intravenous infusion of Thymo- polypetide was added to the treatment group.
