脑出血患者IL-10的表达及其临床意义

     [摘要] 目的 观察脑出血患者IL-10蛋白的表达情况,探讨IL-10蛋白在脑出血患者中表达特点与脑出血时间的关系和意义。方法 应用免疫组化方法检测65例脑出血患者出血灶周围脑组织IL-10蛋白的表达。结果 65例脑出血灶周边脑组织标本中,IL-10蛋白阳性表达率为89.2%(58/65),10例正常脑组织中IL-10蛋白阳性表达率为20.0%(2/10),两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。IL-10蛋白在脑出血后不同时间阳性表达率分别为:出血后<24h 89.4%(42/47),出血后>24h 88.9%(16/18),出血组之间比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论 IL-10可减轻脑水肿并能减轻血肿周围炎症反应、增加周围神经细胞数,提示IL-10对脑出血有神经保护作用。
