[摘要] 目的 探讨膀胱低度恶性潜能乳头状尿路上皮肿瘤(PUNLMP)的临床病理特征。方法 对10例PUNLMP临床病理资料及HE切片分析并复习相关文献。结果 在10例PUNLMP中,男7例,女3例,年龄36～74岁,平均60.6岁。其中复发2例(20%),复发后病理没有进展。结论 PUNLMP有较高的复发率,很少会进展为癌,但手术后必须进行长期的随访。
