“威高光明行动”白内障患者复明手术323例临床分析

[摘要] 目的 探讨集中大量白内障复明手术的方法和体会。方法 回顾分析2008年4～9月323例(323眼)白内障复明手术的临床资料。结果 术后视力≥0.05的319眼,≥0.3的301眼;脱盲率98.8%,脱残率93.2%。结论 根据手术要安全、效果要好的原则,大量白内障复明手术要按流程作业,医护密切配合,不同时期的白内障采取不同术式,植入不同类型的人工晶体。

[Abstract] ObjectiveTo explore the methods and experiences of massive cataract surgeries. MethodsRetrospective analysis was made for 323 cases(323 eyes) cataract surgeries from April to September,2008. Results319 eyes had visual acucity better than 0.05,301 eyes had visual acucity better than 0.3;Blind treating ratio is 98.8%,disability treating ratio is 93.2%. ConclusionWith the principle of safety and effect,massive cataract surgeries should proceed according to the plan,closely with doctors and nurses,select different surgical methods for different patients,and implant different style IOL ......
