     [摘要] 目的 探讨阴道透明细胞癌的临床病理特征、病理诊断及鉴别诊断要点,以提高对该肿瘤的临床病理认识。方法 对1例阴道透明细胞腺癌进行回顾性分析,观察其临床病理特点及免疫组化标记。结果 阴道透明细胞腺癌是女性阴道的少见肿瘤,诊断主要依据病理形态及免疫组化。结论 应与阴道腺病、转移性子宫内膜透明细胞癌及转移性肾透明细胞癌等鉴别。
