耐药肺结核185例耐药性分析

[摘要] 目的 了解耐药性肺结核病人在抗结核治疗过程中的耐药情况及其变化趋势。方法 对确诊的185例耐药性肺结核病人的耐药菌株,进行治疗前、后药敏结果的比较和分析,并统计质量前后耐药菌谱变化情况。结果 本组185例中初始耐药率为23.78%,获得性耐药率为76.22%;初始耐多药率14.05%,获得性耐多药率61.08%。结论 对耐药性肺结核患者的耐药菌株进行适时检测其耐药谱、获取全面的药敏资料具有较大的意义。
