穴位贴敷联合激素吸入对支气管哮喘患儿细胞免疫功能的影响

[摘要] 目的 探讨在西药吸入型激素治疗基础上应用穴位贴敷控制哮喘患儿的复发率，及改善细胞的免疫功能。方法 54例哮喘患儿随机分为单纯吸入型激素组，以及在西药吸入型激素治疗基础上加用夏季穴位贴敷治疗组，比较两组的临床疗效及免疫功能的变化。结果 西药吸入型激素治疗基础上加用夏季穴位贴敷治疗组在临床疗效及改善细胞免疫功能方面优于单纯吸入型激素组(P<0.05)。 结论 穴位贴敷联合激素吸入能提高支气管哮喘患儿机体免疫力、降低气道高反应、控制哮喘复发率。

[Abstract]Objective To study the inhaled hormone therapy in western medicines based on acupoint seicking therapy could apply， recurrence rate and improve control asthma cellular immune function. Methods 54 cases asthma patients were divided into pure inhale hormone group and inhaled hormone therapy in western megicines based on add acupoint seicking with summer in treatment group. To compare clinical curative effect and immune function index of two groups during treatment. Results Western medicies based on inhaled hrmone therapy combined with summer accpoint sticking therapy in clinical curative effect of apply and improving cellular immune function better than pure inhaled hormone group. Conclusion Combined hormone acupoint sticking apply suction can improve the bronchus asthma chiLdren immunity，reduce the airway hyperrrspnsiveness，control asthma incidence recurrence rate.

支气管哮喘儿童在缓解期因其血浆组织胺浓度仍然高于正常人[1]，故每遇诱因常反复发作，严重时影响小儿生长发育，甚至危及生命。因此迫切需要找到一种能延长儿童哮喘缓解期，并最终达到根治哮喘的方法。针灸贴敷[2，3]是中医药治疗哮喘的特色疗法，其临床疗效也比较令人满意。近年来我院对哮喘儿童在激素吸入基础上联合夏季穴位贴敷，取得了一定疗效， 现报道如下。
1对象与方法
1.1研究对象
所有入选儿童均为2007年1月～2010年9月在专家门诊就诊的哮喘患儿共54例，年龄 3～6岁，平均年龄(5.29±1.48)岁；男35例，女19例；病程 <1年18例，1～3年21例，>3年15例；一级哮喘 5例，二级哮喘 24例，二级以上 25例。分为两组：A组为单纯使用吸入型激素(21例)；B组为加用夏季穴位贴敷(33例)，两组患儿的年龄、性别、病情等无显著性差异(P>0.05)。所有研究对象均取得家长同意进入本课题研究。
1.2纳入标准
参照中华医学会儿科学分会呼吸学组于2003年修订的“儿童支气管哮喘防治常规”[4]。中医诊断根据1994年国家中医药管理局颁布的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》[5]。符合以上诊断标准并排除呼吸道异物，心、肺、脑等其他疾病以及不能坚持用药者。
1.3治疗方法
1.3.1A组(单纯使用吸入型激素) 予普米克令舒气雾剂(吸入用布地奈德，阿斯特拉斯无锡制药有限公司产品)吸入，采用个体化治疗方案，每次100~200μg，每日1~2次 ......
