α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究

     [摘要] 目的 探讨α-硫辛酸(ALA)对2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者症状的改善情况及可能出现的不良反应。方法 选择2型糖尿病并发周围神经病变(DPN)患者72例,随机分为两组:实验组(36例)用α-硫辛酸600mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250mL中,静滴,qd,连续2周;对照组(36例)用甲钴胺1mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液10mL中,静脉注射,qd,连续2周。评估两组治疗前、治疗2周后的神经症状及神经传导速度的变化,记录各种不良事件,判断其与药物的相关性。结果 实验组患者正中神经和腓总神经运动神经传导速度(MCV)及感觉神经传导速度(SCV)比治疗前显著提高,t值分别为7.7548、7.9521、7.0794、6.9628(均P<0.01);对照组治疗后亦有提高,t值分别为5.3089、3.3756、3.0318、3.1963(均P<0.01),且实验组效果优于对照组(均P<0.01),两组治疗期间均未发生明显的不良反应。结论 α-硫辛酸能够缓解糖尿病周围神经病变患者的神经症状,其疗效显著,且具有良好的安全性。

    α-lipoic Acid for Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy:A Clinical Study

    [Abstract] Objective To discuss the improvement of treatment with α-lipoic acid(ALA)on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and the possible adverse reactions. Methods Seventy-two cases with type-2 diabetes mellitus and diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)were selected,and divided into two groups randomly:the experimental group (36 cases),600mg α-lipoic acid into 250mL 0.9% sodium chloride injection,intravenous drop,qd,for 2 weeks;the control group(36 cases),1mg mecobalamin tablets into 10mL 0.9% sodium chloride injection,intravenous drop,qd,for 2 weeks. Evaluate the neurological symptom and changes of nerve conduction velocity of two groups before and 2 weeks after the treatment,record any adverse reaction and judge the correlation with the drugs. Results The motor nerve conduction velocity (MCV)and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV)of median nerve and common peroneal nerve of patients in the experimental group were significantly better than the ones before the treatment,with t values of 7.7548,7.9521,7.0794 and 6.9628 respectively by t test(P<0.01);the ones in the control group were also enhanced after the treatment,with values of 5.3089,3.3756,3.0318 and 3.1963 respectively(P<0.01).
